Palisades Youth Wrestling Association Practice Schedule Optional pre-season wrestling practice will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM in the high school wrestling room, starting October 8th. Regular season wrestling and cheerleading practices will begin on November 5th. Wrestling practices will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings for 3rd through 6th graders from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. Novice wrestlers (K-2nd grade, 1st and 2nd year wrestlers) will practice Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. Cheerleader parents will be contacted with practice location and date information.
